Children Events

Whirly Gig was born in a barn (yes a Barn)  in 2021 with the vision for outdoor music, drama and storytelling sessions for under 5's. 

One tiny toddler music class sprouted into something much bigger (and louder) just as pandemic restrictions were starting to ease.

Before long, Peter Rabbit hopped aboard and soon after Louise, then together we brewed up interactive storytelling adventures for children between 0 -100!

Our “theatres” are anything but ordinary—forests, farms, barns, and polytunnels—where Peppa Pig might be caught planting flowers in a wellie boot, a tiger occasionally drops in for tea, and a clever mouse strolls by (though of course, there’s no such thing as a Gruffalo). Sometimes there’s even room on the broom for everyone to join the ride. And once, we even had to help Paddington Bear, who got terribly lost in a museum!

Instilling a love of music and books from an early age —delivering a holistic educational approache disguised as giggles, stomps, and storybook magic. Engaging lilttle ones imagination and filling their cup with joy!
